Oderço's Collectibles Magazine
This is a magazine developed to showcase the collectibles sold at Oderço, located in Maringá-PR. The project arrived at my table in an unpretentious way: We were in need of new buyers, because although the figures were of great quality, they were still new in Brazil.
The person in charge of the product line proposed a simple solution. He asked me to develop a catalog for these items, which he would use in his travels and surveys of new customers.
Studying the target audience, I discovered the direction for the graphic project. The main consumer of collectibles are the so-called "Hobby Shops": Stores that sell various items related to pop culture, such as mangas, board games, card games, etc. One thing in common among most owners of this kind of business is that they are as passionate about the items they sell as their consumers.
TOUCHÉ! The magazine needed to be a comic! When a comic book fan caught this in his hands, his mind would explode! I developed the magazine from this premise, and the result was better than I imagined.
